We have an exciting new role for a Remediation Analyst to join our leading IT Client based in Newcastle.
With previous experience in project management, you will be required to work as part of a migration team remediating issues preventing the migration of Customers and their devices to a new IT platform.
Reporting to the Workstream Lead, you will be required to travel to Client and Customer sites on a regular basis.
This is a diverse role and responsibilities will include:
* Working within a planned schedule of activities, investigating issues causing user accounts to not be migrated to a new IT platform
* Working with 2nd/ 3rd Line resolver groups to investigate and resolve issues
* Liaise with Customer service providers and key stakeholders in daily meetings
The ideal candidate will have Incident Management or IT Helpdesk experience as well as advanced Excel knowledge and strong planning/ organisational skills .
If you have strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of management, are comfortable working in pressurized environments and are able to work on own initiative, then this could be your ideal role.
Please note that the post holder must have or be able to obtain SC security clearance.
