Manpower UK are recruiting for our client located in Glasgow for German Speaking Customer Advisors. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company on a permanent contract.
This role is fast paced and exciting where each day is different! No boring repetition of going through the motions. You will be working for the high profile clothing Brand, a prestigious company where we value and reward outstanding customer service. We are looking for dedicated followers of fashion
We are looking for candidates who will be the flag bearers for the brand, assisting customers from all around the world with their enquiries via phone, email and webchat.
The Role
Our clients callers want to talk to people with personality. People who'll listen, ask the right questions and offer the solutions that leave them smiling. That's why we'll encourage you to be yourself in our fast-moving, fast-growing business. We need great people who are fluent in German and English, with customer service experience and good computer skills to fill them. Bring your experience and enthusiasm and you'll have the chance to support some of the world's leading brands.

Shifts - 5/7 days between 8am - 9pm, Monday - Friday and 9am - 7pm Saturday - Sunday. Full flexibility required
Training - 2 weeks, Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
