Compounding Operative

Working in Compounding you would be responsible for all necessary functions within Compounding, including calendaring, flocking, bias cutting, liner coiling and waste collection.

Quality driven ensuring that the reject levels and scrap targets are controlled. Investigate quality problems by first ensuring that the check procedures are followed and taking further effective action if required, direct intervention, including the act of stopping the process or call on further expertise.

You would be working 7:30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and then 6am to 1:30pm on Friday (there may be times when Friday would follow a different work pattern)

39 hours per week, £7.50per hour initially but once you have successfully completed 12 weeks the rate would rise to £9.95
