Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sales Consultant to join our client, an award winning, dynamic insurance provider who fully engages with their staff to celebrate success and offers excellent progression

As a Senior Sales Consultant you will play a key part within an expanding sales team, ensuring that the agreed advice process is followed and fact finds and needs analysis are communicated in a professional manner.

Your role as a Senior Sales Consultant will involve:

*Delivering high quality telephone based life and protection consultancy advice
*Giving focused protection advice to personal and business clients
*Ensuring life and protection propositions are arranged to meet identified and agreed needs.
*Working towards KPIs and targets
*Maximising productivity and results
*Ensuring that the agreed advice process is followed and that fact finds, needs analysis are well documented and communicated.

Skills Required:

*Full understanding and knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the FCA
*Strong Customer orientation and engagement skills
*Offered financial advice in a regulated environment
*A driven individual who is committed to personal development and progression
*Target driven and money motivated
*Qualifications in RO5 is desirable
