Manpower are currently recruiting for a part-time administrative assistant within our busy, city centre office. The role will involve a number of administrative functions and include some customer service.

Day to day, you will be providing administrative support within a team which deals with one of Manpower's major clients. As such, you'll be held to high standard. You will be responsible for managing Manpower's computer systems and databases.

The successful applicant will have excellent attention to detail. You'll have a great telephone manner and be confident speaking to customers on the phone, when necessary. You must be competent using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word. You must be able to work towards deadlines and strive under pressure.

You will receive full training on Manpower's bespoke computer systems- however experience managing databases is desirable. Your training will consist of side-by-side instruction and you'll receive full support throughout.

You will be joining a busy work environment and work as part of a dynamic and experienced team. There are definite career opportunities available for applicants with the right attitude and motivation.

This is a part time opportunity, though the successful applicant will work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Manpower are based on St Andrew Square, Edinburgh, within 5 minutes walking distance of a tram stop, numerous bus stops and Waverley train station.
