Shifts: Full Time (fixed term contract 12 - 18 months). 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Manpower is recruiting for an Estate Strategy Project Manager on behalf of our client located in Gerrards Cross. The role is a 12 - 18 month fixed term Contract, and based within the Public Sector.

Key Accountabilities of this role include:

We are looking for an Estate Strategy Project Manager to join the team on a fixed term contract. You will lead, develop, approve and implement an estates strategy for the Society, working closely with external third parties and ensuring full and meaningful consultation with stakeholders. This will involve creating and delivering a detailed end to end project plan including risk management, milestone planning, appropriate reporting and project budget management in order to realise capital and revenue opportunities from the clients assets portfolio.
The right candidate will show ability to work with DLO (direct labour organisation) experience/property management and maintenance experience and 100% project manager experience at strategic level.
You will have demonstrable knowledge of building construction, planning and regulatory standards. Have worked within contract tenders and contract management; planning and delivery of building and grounds maintenance; understanding of estates activities and repairs work; contractual, lease and renting arrangements.
You will be a self-motivated, flexible professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide expert advice to senior staff and stakeholders. You will demonstrate strategic thinking skills and initiative to develop effective working practices and new business opportunities.
You will hold NEBOSH or an alternative health and safety qualification; a professional qualification in property, land and buildings related specialism, or equivalent, and a project management qualification, or equivalent.
