Right Management Ireland require an experienced Executive Coach, Due to demand in the Leinster Area.

As the role of Freelance Business Coach / Consultant candidates should enjoy and be comfortable with change, ambiguity, autonomy and thrive in a dynamically transforming environment.

Reporting to the Head of Sales for Right Management Ireland, the Freelance Consultant role plays an important part of the Talent, Learning & Development offering of the consultancy providing expertise and support to enable the business to provide outplacement programs and development programs.

Role Purpose
To deliver pre-defined sometimes adapted learning and development solutions and outplacement workshops and 1:1 consultations in the Leinster area, attract, develop and retain customers to meet current and future business requirements.

Key Accountabilities

Learning & Development design and delivery
Deliver and embed pragmatic learning solutions that are focused on business optimization, to maximise return on investment and provide an outstanding experience for participants. Sometimes our global predefined solutions may need adaptation. However, with a proven success the framework is built and ready.

Evaluation
Design and implement an evaluation approach for learning & development solutions to assess the overall success and impact to the individual learner and to maximise the return on investment for the business if required in case of new clients.

Facilitation/Coaching
Acts as a facilitator and coach to individuals within Right Management Ireland's outplacement or development programs to support the development of their capability and achievement of key objectives

Relationship Management
Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to maximise the successful implementation of the Sales & Marketing strategy across the business when acting as a Right Management Consultant.

Professional Experience & Skills:
We need someone who….
*Has proven experience in coaching and development in a similar role and/or in a multi-site, multi-national organization.
*Can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels and cultures
*Behaves professionally and ethically
*Is passionate about helping people to realise their potential
*Gets a kick out of crafting and embedding L&D initiatives to build capability
*Never forgets that their role is pivotal to the delivery of an outstanding customer experience
*Has a Learning & Development qualification e.g. CIPD or equivalent (desirable)

Knowledge:
*Has knowledge and in-depth experience of Executive Coaching & Development principles and tools
*Has knowledge of Management and Leadership models
*Has a good understanding of Operational processes and requirements

Skills:
*Strong organisational skills
*Flexible and adaptable to a still developing, changing and complex environment and able to deal with ambiguity
*Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
*Ability to influence at all levels of an organisation Ability to work effectively as a team player
*A consistently positive attitude to change.
*Strong facilitation skills
*Strong coaching skills
