Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for supporting the growth of Right Management Ireland's business by identifying and pursuing prospects and generating leads and market awareness of the Right Management solutions.

Training will be provided on all Right Management programs and solutions.

Responsibilities include:
*Driving new business development activities, including daily cold callings.
*Generate new leads through inbound, outbound, strategic and targeted prospecting
*Liaise with marketing team to help generate new leads for follow up.
*Maintain a high volume of activity
*Maintain and deliver growth of sales pipeline.
*Manage and maintain the prospect database on Microsoft Dynamics
*Lead follow up and scheduling appointments for Head of Sales.
*Addressing new inquiries and generating subsequent quotations.
*Generation and analysis of sales & CRM reporting.
*Liaise with Account Managers to review service offerings.
*No International Travel

Desired Skills & Experience
*At least 3 years business development / sales experience.
*Experience selling professional consulting services is beneficial.
*Excellent communicator with professional and friendly phone manner.
*Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to influence others.
*Energetic and enthusiastic with ability to work on your own initiative.
*Leaving Certificate minimum requirement, Degree level qualification is an advantage (Sales, Marketing or Business).
*A desire to deliver sales success and increase profitability for Right Management Ireland.
