Due to a period of growth in the market, my Client is looking to increase the Laboratory Technicians working in an already busy Team. Supported by the Laboratory Manager & other experienced members of the Team, you will be supported in your initial induction & learning.

What will your day look like as Laboratory Technician?
*Directly supporting Customer with enquiries
*Working with the Lab Supervisor to ensure coordination of samples & correct booking in, storage & disposal of all samples.
*Perform analysis of Customer samples
*Perform analysis & certification of QC samples generated from ACC ancillary products
*Correct production of all documentation
*Maintenance & accurate disposal of records & documentation, including archiving
*Maintain calibration of all instrumentation & equipment used.
*Regular temperature monitoring of all sample storage areas & the CTS environment
*Maintain ISO 9001 standards within CTS in accordance with internal auditing requirements
*Follow all laboratory health & safety requirements
*Follow CTS KPI's
*Provision of quotes to customers in the absence of Laboratory Supervisor
*Required to work to GMP
*Be a flexible member of the Laboratory Team & contribute fully to the Company Goals & Values.

You will be educated to GCSE standards with qualifications in Science & maths as a minimum
Basic English & maths skills (written & spoken)
General lab experience is preferred
IT Literate with a good understanding of all Microsoft Office products
