We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist who wants to be part of our success story and take the business to the next level.

Job Purpose

TAPFIN are the market leaders in MSP - the specialist outsourcing division of ManpowerGroup.

TAPFIN has identified the need for a Sourcing Specialist to support the operational process and delivery of TAPFIN managed service solutions to our clients. You will proactively work on live vacancies, keeping talent pools engaged. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for the recruitment process activities, identifying, qualifying, and securing the best applicants, preparing, and setting up interviews as requested.
Main responsibilities

What you need to bring!

You will have excellent organisation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with suppliers / candidates at all levels. You will ideally have some experience of working within recruitment /resourcing /In-house / recruitment agency background (preferably in outsourcing or managed vendor environment). You will be delivery focused with a drive to achieve targets.
