Our FMCG client is home to over 400 epic brands and growing! On any given day, 2.5 billion people use the products to look good, feel good and get more out of life!

On Friday 15th December, it was announced that our client was to sell the Spreads business to KKR. It will continue to instil a culture that encourages its employees to embrace risk and reward, focus strongly on being faster, sharper, and more agile, and transform into one which has a mind-set and strategy defined by the product, customer and consumer.

We need talent matchmakers to make this a success!

You will be working for an in-house resourcing team that is ready to rumble and give you the tools you need to uncover and attract real life foodies in the most creative ways, not just the traditional posting and praying or trawling the normal social networks. We want you to come with ideas and passion and we'll give you the freedom to create your own resourcing strategy that attracts the best talent in the marketplace across multiple functions such as, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and HR.

It would be amazing if you have experience of:

* Creating exciting and innovative resourcing strategies with proven results
* Exceptional candidate relationship skills to deliver tip top candidate experiences
* Excellent consultative skills to wow our line managers
* Recruiting within a start-up environment (this would be a bonus but not essential)
* Applying a variety of inventive sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, building preferred supplier lists, recruitment advertising, web tools etc)
* Significant functional / regional recruitment experience with a proven track record of delivering top notch quality hires
