Customer Service Advisor - German Speaking

We are looking for a number of German speaking customer service operators to work for a large call centre based in the heart of Brighton.

We are looking for candidates who can start straight away, on a full time basis. The hours of work would be Monday through to Friday, working 9AM - 5PM.

The main duties of this role will be to speak to customers of a specific campaign and you will be speaking to them about their personal details, as well as asking them simple survey questions. There is NO SALES involved in this role.

You must be fluent in German. However, previous call centre experience is not essential.
