Working a As the Breakfast Chef, you will assist in preparing top class cuisine using fresh local ingredients. You will be joining a team at an exciting time, and will join a team that have the same score values as you!!

The role? To ensure that your section is set for service. To prepare meals for the Staff Canteen. To ensure that mis en place job lists are carried out and prioritised. To ensure that your kitchen areas are clean and meet safety standards.

To assist with HACCP and Health and Safety procedures. To put all deliveries away Mis en place for next day (Both Breakfast and Canteen) Check and sort out fridges, dry store and freezers.

Occasionally assist in the other kitchen areas within the company.

The successful candidate will require the following skills and experience:

Experience in a three Rosette level or 5 Star property. Knowledge of HACCP and Health and Safety procedures. Thrives on working in a fast-paced environment.
