Part Time Cleaning Supervisor Required ASAP!

Part time cleaning supervisor required ASAP! This is an excellent opportunity to utilise cleaning and supervision skills with a small team.

Duties will include, but not limited to:
*Supervising the cleaners on a day-to-day basis and with the Property Manager, agreeing cleaning schedules
*Monitoring cleaning standards raising any concerns with the Property Manager
*Ensure the cleaners have the equipment and tools needed to carry out their work.
*Working with the Property Manager to contribute towards the annual appraisal of the team of two Cleaners

General duties will include, but not limited to:
*Ensuring that waste and recycling are put out for collection where applicable
*Vacuuming carpets
*Mopping floors, ensuring wet floor signs are displayed
*Cleaning surfaces, including; internal glazing on doors, wall lights, skirting etc.
*Replenishing and refill consumables in the buildings including; toilet rolls, refill hand soap, washing up liquid and others as appropriate and responsible for advising the Property Manager of items required, or low stock levels of cleaning materials
*Ensuring lime-scale remover is applied to kettles/taps/sinks/toilet and other areas as appropriate
*Dusting stairs window ledges/balustrade/fire extinguishers/signage etc.
*Clean toilets
*Clean kitchens and fridges
*Compliance with Health and Safety legislation
*COSHH awareness (regulations regarding hazardous substances).
*Covering for other cleaners while they are on leave / training / other, and responsible for managing unplanned absences and annual leave
*Other tasks or projects in line with the level of the role
*Deep cleans and ad hoc cleaning projects, as and when required, as specified by the Property Manager

The successful candidate will:
*Have experience of cleaning
*Have experience of staff supervision
*Need to be a self-starter but with the ability to work as a member of a team
*Will take a flexible attitude to your work

Working hours:
8.00am-10.00am5.00pm-8.00pm5.00pm-8.00pm5.00pm-7.00pm8.00am-10.00am

The salary for this position is £5,928.00 a year or £9.50 an hour working 12 hours a week.
