An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client is a Leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum are currently looking for a Senior Brand Development Manager based at their prestigious facility in Blackfriars London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months working a 40 hour week. This role is paying up Between £55K and £60K pro rata, depending on experience (£26.44 - £28.85 per hour) per annum PAYE or £275 - £300 per day Ltd rate

An Immediate start is required. Hours of work are 9am - 6pm (some flexibility is required to ensure campaign project is completed on schedule)

The candidate will also have the opportunity to drive the Unstereotype initiative globally - our ambition to remove harmful stereotypes from our advertising. We see this role as a unique opportunity to champion and embed this marketing change initiative internally and also to collaborate with leading brands around the world to Unstereotype their creative work.

Key Accountabilities:

In this role you have the unique opportunity to step up your marketing capabilities, lead pioneering and break through consumer facing campaigns on the Company Brand.
You will lead the development and launch of our upcoming campaigns globally. You will have a chance to work with the one of the best creative and shopper agencies and collaborate with key brand interfaces like the Employer brand team and Corporate communications team.
- Leading the development and launch of a best in class marketing campaign that will engage our audience with real imagination and flair. We want our campaign to be leading edge in engagement, creating impact in a connected world and to really help mobilise our audiences to create real change in the world.
- Lead the consumer journeys for the Unilever brand and develop relevant and compelling content across multiple touchpoints.
- Help craft the long term strategy for the Unilever brand, and be responsible for market engagements.
- Driving the Unstereotype initiative internally will be a unique opportunity to champion and embed one of the biggest marketing change programs in Unilever. We are also pioneers on this agenda, and have started to drive industry level change in creating an alliance of 24 leading companies. You will also lead the program on external thought leadership.

Key Skills and Knowledge:
Having a passion and a strong track record of developing innovative creative work
- Ideally having worked in Digitally-driven companies, eg. Digital agencies, Digital Platforms, Digital start-ups and/or Digital teams in Client organisations
Experience in managing deployment of complex, global programs
- Strong judgment with high ability to influence and bring people along

The candidate will demonstrate strong external awareness of the rapidly changing world of digital and consumer behaviors, and experience in creating cutting edge communications.

The candidate will need to have strong influencing skills both in and outside of existing hierarchies and an ability to deal with complex information, clear prioritization and structured approach is a must.

A passion for 'our purpose' is really important in this team. Some arrive with it, and all finish with it!
