Coversion Operative

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Conversion Operative on behalf of our clients in the Grimsby area.

The role will entail operating of packaging machinery in a busy factory environment therefore a keen eye for detail is essential for the position.

You will receive full training in the operation and upkeep of the slitting machine whilst under supervision.

In the role you will also be responsible for all relevant data recording during your shift therefore a good level of IT, numeracy and literary skills is essential.

You will be required to work on a 5-2 shift pattern, comprising of working Monday Tuesday, Friday and Saturday on the first week and Wednesday and Thursday on the second. You will alternate between days and nights every two weeks with shift times of 0545 to 1800 on days and 1745 to 0600 on nights.

The position will be full-time and permanent for the successful candidates.
