WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE
Warehouse operative required in a small warehouse/storeroom initially based in Borehamwood - location will then change to Watford over coming months. This is a full time/permanent position.
SALARY
£18,000 to £22,000 per annum
ROLE
As a warehouse operative, you will be working closely with others in a small team. You will be based in a small warehouse environment and your day to day tasks will include:
* Goods In - unloading pallets, boxes etc, inspecting goods, entering on Sage, storing products
* Goods Out - packing orders, producing documentation on Sage
* Shipping - production of labels, liaising with couriers
* Stocktake
* Ordering and managing packing materials
* Occasional administration - filing of sales orders, processing orders on Sage, maintaining full batch traceability of products
KEY SKILLS
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Attention to detail
* The ability to work well in small team
* IT skills and IT literate - full training will be given on Sage systems but basic knowledge required
* Good communication skills (internal and external)
* The ability to drive - although this isn't required for the role itself, the current location isn't accessible by foot/public transport
