An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client is currently looking for a HR Data Specialist based at their prestigious facility in Blackfriars, London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 3 months with the possibility of extension; working approx. 36.25 hour week (must be flexible). The salary is up to a maximum £35K per annum (£18.55 per hour)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting a HR Data Specialist / Assistant HRBP for CMCO Global HR team. This role will be the Driver of Data and Analytics for the CMCO. This will include assuring the data is accurate and being able to provide insights and tell a story from that data to influence business decisions.

Parallel to driving data, this role will also provide HR business partnering to smaller categories including Home Care and Refreshment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an HR Data Specialist / Assistant HRBP you will be responsible for:
*Driving Data accuracy and consistency of Data across the CMCO working with all regional HR teams and individually owning this agenda for the population owned
*This will include International HR Data Management, and managing International moves working through distinct Immigration laws of countries/geographies
*Become the key Liaison to drive consistency and accuracy of data for efficient use of data & analytics to provide insights on Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual basis for all HR processes such as Headcount Management, Talent Management, Reward, Organisational effectiveness
*Driving Critical HR Processes including People Forums, Reward processes, and Wellbeing and Organization Development activities for respective HR Business Partnering units.
*Drive On time completion of all HR operations for the Partnering units working closely with HR Advisors, HR Data Specialists and Global Mobility Analyst and holding all these parties accountable
*Working directly with the Vice President HR to support HR FTE Reporting and ad hoc project and presentation activities for the CMCO team based out of London.
*First point of contact for HR policy questions

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
*Accuracy & attention to details
*Ability to use Data collection, Diagnosis, and Analytics
*Strong MS Excel skills and PowerPoint with good knowledge on other MS office packages
*Excellent communication skills
*Customer focus & proactive to self-start on various issues.
*Proactive trouble shooting
*Flexibility & willing to learn
*Building key relationships & working with multiple interfaces
*Influencing Skills
*Knowledge on HR systems and Process management
*Strong planning & organisational skills
*HR policies

*Ability to provide both verbal and written information clearly, succinctly, and persuasively
*20% admin - diary support and scheduling meetings.
