Duties & Responsibilities

*Identify machines that will be produced / released by the production line and carry out physical checks to confirm machine ready to ship that include the following:

-Make manuals packs for machines.
-Make cab notices for machines.
-Check for paint or other damage.
-Check for spares box, toolkit are present.
-Record key number.
-Check all locks on machines are locked.
-Other checks as required and as updated.
-Record any problems with machines.
-Enter machine data in spreadsheet and databases.
*Maintain and update relevant data information files and records including relevant Access Databases.
*Maintain close liaison with appropriate staff with machine problems.
*Assist with laminating noise certificates.
*Assist with the management of Operators Manuals and Parts Books for machines.

Working hours;

*8am - 4.45pm Mon to Thurs and 8am -12.45pm on Friday
