Are you immediately available and seeking an exciting facilities position based in Emersons Green?
My client is seeking a professional Facilities Administrator to start a temporary ongoing contract as soon as possible. The organisation specialise in Waste Management and you will be working within their busy yet friendly team
The role is being offered on a full time basis with working hours of Monday - Friday 08.30am - 16.30pm
Ideally you will possess COTC - Certificate of Technical Competence (Waste Management)
Some of your duties will include but not limited too.
To work closely with the Branch Manager in identifying opportunities and controlling the day to day operations of the waste transfer station
Monitoring and maintaining waste levels on site, within the license limits and constraints.
Support the branch manager in controlling the paperwork and its authenticity;
Manage the secretarial functions:
To assist the Branch Manager in attaining effective operations of the facility
Ensure compliance of transport regulations is all updated on a daily basis
Providing first class customer service to both Clients and Customers
Updating systems, Data Entry
Dealing with all office administration
