Overview
My client, a big Media company currently actively searching for a skilled Team Administrator to join their Data Protection team supporting the Senior Data Protection Manager and DP Analysts.
This is a busy role with the opportunity to put your skills and proactivity to full use. Essential qualities for this role are strong administration and secretarial experience, coupled with a clear and confident communication style.
The role requires a proactive, flexible approach. Key to success will be the co-ordination of multiple tasks with good interpersonal skills.
Job Purpose
*To provide accurate, efficient and high level administrative support in terms of general correspondence and day to day matters
*Monitoring the central data protection mailbox, promptly acting on all emails received and ensuring that they are routed correctly
*Assist in managing data protection queries and complaints and supporting Data Protection Analysts in any activities
*Assisting in the provision of responses to queries received in the DP mailbox and from Data Protection Coordinators (DPCs) with assistance from the Data Protection Analysts
*Collating and co-ordinating the information required for responses to Data Subject Access Requests.
*Maintaining the Data Protection Team's intranet presence.
*Maintaining full and complete records of privacy related complaints, incidents and actions taken
