Job Details
Your new job as an administrative assistant/customer service advisor would entail working within a friendly team at Parcelforce Nationwide in Bodmin, you would be responsible for dealing with inbound enquiries and administration duties when required.
The role would consist of taking delivery requests, processing parcel re-direction and delivery, taking calls with general enquiries and supporting the transport staff and drivers with enquiries.
Working hours are between 08:00-17:00 and shifts will be split to suit a part time rota. this would mean the general working hours each week would be 20 hours over 5 days, however if you are flexible to work overtime there will be additional work available.
You will need to have experience in a customer service environment and be confident with the use of computers and with taking calls.
You will be rewarded with ongoing work and competitive rates of pay.
