Are you a Pipefitter or Gas Engineer fed up of working on site? Are you looking to step up in to a supervisory role? Or perhaps you're already in a supervisory role but you're looking for a new challenge?

We have an exciting and challenging opportunity an Assistant Manager to join our client at their site based in Horncastle.

You will be responsible for general day to day running of the site; overseeing installations, dealing with clients, ensuring you have the correct stock and materials and managing engineers, drivers and administrators.

As Assistant Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

*Direct people management of c9 made up of; stock controller, drivers, engineers and administrators.
*Direct contact with clients; dealing with technical product queries, sales, scheduling etc.
*Ensuring relevant materials are delivered to sites ready for installations
*Scheduling of Commercial Gas installations
*Ensuring H&S is adhered to at all times
*Maintenance of safety critical equipment


What do we want from you?
*Knowledge in Mechanical or Plumbing discipline
*Knowledge of LPG installations, Domestic and Commercial
*Self-motivating, with excellent management skills
*Knowledge of current health & Safety laws, demonstrating a personal commitment to health & safety
*Proven experience of Safety Management Systems and controls procedures
*Computer literate, including competence in Outlook, Word & Excel
*Ability to demonstrate numeracy and literacy skills
*Track record of delivering optimum customer service excellence
*Professional and conducts themselves with integrity and honesty at all times
*Recognized qualification in LPG installation
*Full Driving licence
*Good understanding of architectural /engineering drawings
*Ability to prepare tenders and quotations
*Understanding of stock items/parts used
