Customer Service Agent

Our Client is looking to recruit Customer Service Agents to join their team in Peterlee.

Ideally with previous experience in customer service, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer calls and correspondence are handled in a professional and courteous manner within defined Service Level Agreements.

This is a diverse role and some of the responsibilities include:
* Receiving customer calls, listening effectively to establish customer queries/ concerns
* Take and employ responsibility for handling customers confidential information
* Contribute ideas/ suggestions for continuous improvement in systems and procedures within the centre
* Be aware of and strive to achieve excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude and a good telephone manner. You will also have the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
