Manpowers client is one of the most well-known household brands based within the Northamptonshire.
Due to growth they are currently recruiting a part time receptionist on a Temp to Perm basis to work in their offices Northampton.
Pay: £8.50 per hour
Location: NN5
Hours: 1pm-5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound telephone calls dealing with queries and taking the relevant information to distribute
* Attending to the requirements of Customers and other visitors to the office.
* Maintenance of stationary, kitchen and post supplies
* Dealing with all post and couriers
* Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
* Scanning/shredding items and general admin
* Working with Microsoft packages including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* To ensure that at all times you receive the necessary training to enable you to carry out your responsibilities and enhance your value to the business (immediate manager to facilitate)
Requirements:
*Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages
*Polite and professional telephone manner
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse with people at all levels
*Ability to manage own task in order of priority
*Confident, organized and possess excellent inter-personal skills
*Have a drive and desire to provide outstanding customer service
