Customer Sales Advisor - Glasgow Contact Centre

Permanent, full-time 40 hours per week

£18,133 per annum basic salary, rising to £19,200 after probation. Our people earn an average annual incentive bonus of £4,000, with top earners making up to £10,000 on top of their annual salary

Based at our Glasgow Contact Centre, you'll connect our customers to a world of entertainment. You'll take calls to understand their needs and help them stay as valued Sky customers; whether they'd like to change their package or are thinking about leaving us entirely.

Who we're looking for…

You don't need to be an experienced sales professional, but you'll definitely need to bring brilliant customer service skills, ambition, plus a passion to sell. Most importantly, you'll show a real commitment to doing the very best for our customers.

Developing a career with us
