Shifts: Full Time. 9am-5pm weekdays plus flexibility for weekend rota when client in residence throughout the year.
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 Per Annum,
Overtime is available at time and 1/2. Plus GREAT benefits including (28 days holiday (inc banks), BUPA, Pension, lunch provided each day)
Manpower are recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer on behalf of our client located in Newmarket, Suffolk. The role is Permanent, and based within the private sector.

Key Accountabilities of this role include:

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join a property maintenance team.Working on a large private estate, you will be responsible for the following:

*Operation & maintenance of H&V plant, including pumps etc
*Operation & maintenance of swimming pool & Jacuzzi systems
*Responding to breakdowns
*Under taking scheduled maintenance
*Fault finding, diagnosis & carrying out repair or replacement of equipment
*Managing stock & supplies of equipment
*Technical support to colleagues & assisting other
*Maintain a safe working environment for colleagues
*Liaise regularly with managers, supervisors & colleagues to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to the client at all times
*Provide a highly customer focused service to the company and client at all times
*Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence
*Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, particularly in regard to health and safety.
*Any other duties as and when required.
Key requirements for the role:
*Hold a relevant qualification in mechanical/electrical engineering, as well as plumbing and heating
*Previously worked in a similar environment on an estate, across public buildings or residential properties
*Previous military background would be advantageous
*Full clean UK driving licence
