Nursery Manager

My Client, a well established Nursery in Willesden, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced manager who will be inspirational, dedicated, punctual and hard working. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the EYFS, strong communication skills, and sound interpersonal and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible of managing all aspects of the provision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Relevant childcare qualification, minimum - Level 3-5, EYT, QTS or BA in early years or a relevant qualification.

MAIN DUTIES:
*developing and running the nursery on day to day basis
*maintaining the high standard of care, operations and customer satisfaction
*ensuring all relevant legislation is complied with
*amending/writing new policies recognising the legislative changes
*leading, motivating, training and managing the staff team

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
*two years' current experience of previous managing a childcare setting
*knowledge of the current legislation
*experience of on site OFSTED inspections
*excellent knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety, Safeguarding, SEN and welfare requirements
*proven record of delivering the EYFS in a childcare setting
