Multiskilled Handyperson

Multi trade handyperson required in Basildon. This is a full time permanent role.

Salary
£9.00 per hour + Benefits. Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the General care and maintenance of 3 industrial units in Basildon. This will include, but not limited to:
- Minor maintenance and repairs.
- Maintaining decorations in good order.
- General cleaning inclusive of Weeding / Litter clearing etc.
- Cleaning and making good of Kitchen Areas/Boardroom.
- Also a willingness to undertake a wide variety of other duties if needed to ensure efficient operation of the Company
- Minor plumbing work, light electrical work and carpentry works.

The ideal candidate will have:
-Previous experience as a multi-skilled handyman or similar roles.
-Ability to work on their own and see work that needs to be done.
-Have a can do attitude
-Trade experience
-Drivers Licence
