We are looking for high performing, target driven, ambitious Telephone Sales people to join our clients expanding, successful office-based sales team to help them meet their growth targets. You will be joining a Global Organisation, that can offer genuine career progression opportunities to the right candidates.

About You:

You will be highly motivated with the desire to succeed

You will have proven telesales / lead generation experience and will be a confident communicator at all levels.

B2B sales experience preferred

Experience of Apprenticeships, Training, or L&D would be hugely appealing to our Client.

What will you be doing in your new role?

1. Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for a Field Sales team with the emphasis on high quality leads.

2. Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors

3. Proactively follow up leads generated through 3rd parties, and from self-sourcing, and from an existing database of 'lapsed' customers.

4. Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database

5. Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business

Fantastic hours Monday to Friday, 0845-1700, 37.5 hours/week. NO WEEKENDS!
