A globally renowned technology company based at Stafford Park in Telford is actively seeking ad Administrator to provide a professional and efficient service to both customers, contractors and internal staff members in the selection, dispatching and updating of fault calls, within contractual obligations. This is a full time role paying £15,500 per annum and also a fixed term contract is also available.

JOB DESCRIPTION
To receive inbound calls from Customers Helpdesks
To log calls, update calls, and close calls on various customer systems.
Liaise with our 3rd Party technical Couriers.
Ensure all calls are processed effectively and efficiently
Provide a first class customer delivery service
To ensure H&S procedure are reviewed and followed
To ensure IS9002 Process are reviewed and followed
To take inbound incidents and input onto our in-house system for the delivery to end user accounts.
To log calls onto the technical couriers system.
To close the incident on both systems.
Liaising with Customers, Technical couriers, and Helpdesk to assist with any delivery enquires and escalations.
Updating Excel spread sheets for MI information purposes with all POD details.
Dealing with queries and escalations related to the Customer contract via phone or email.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Good keyboard skills and telephone techniques. Initiative and ability resolve problems under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and awareness of customer needs. Display common sense and flexibility; be able to work unsupervised and as a part of a team. Display calmness under pressure
Competent in all MS Office Excel essential as 70% of role is Excel based.

As part of the interview a data entry test will be undertaken.
