This is a unique opportunity to join a business who are launching in the UK. Already established on a global scale, our client sit within the SaaS customer focused space, delivering a bespoke customer solution
We are looking for someone to come in as Head of Sales and Marketing to manage a team, and really drive the business to success, across the sales and marketing channels
You will be responsible for the following deliverables;
*Prepare and execute short term and long term supply acquisition plan basis business revenue targets
*Engage partners through supply-marketing initiatives for acquisition
*Forecast supply and build contingency plan to counter dip in supply due to market, competition and lean season
*Prudently plan and allocate supply targets across various channels
*Map city areas and create detailed plan for Field Sales Executives to follow specifying area, time and channels to be covered
*Prepare and adhere to budget for quarter and year, in line with City Budget
*Grow partners and partner loyalty by deploying and communicating effective schemes
*Build innovative ways to generate leads of supply
The successful applicant to this role will be able to demonstrate the following;
*Sales/ marketing and analytics background (preferably in telecom industry)
*Should preferably have business development/ territory development experience
*Excellent communication skills
*Be a good people manager
*Excellent analytical skills
*Be aggressive in terms of meeting targets and growth
*The ambition to become scaleable to City Manager role at a later stage
*Willing to travel (inter-country and intra-country)
