Training Specialist

Manpower are currently recruiting on behalf of an international outsourcing partner.

We are looking for an experienced Training Specialist.

This is a temporary contract beginning on the 12th of March running for 12 weeks with the potential for extension and the assignment will be undertaken in a city centre Edinburgh location.

In order to be considered, you will have a strong background developing and delivering training to groups. Ideally you will have a professional qualification in training, or be working towards a qualification.
You will have proven ability to master the full training cycle and experience in presenting complex information to a variety of audiences.
Additionally, you must be; approachable, have the ability to form strong relationships, and excellent interpersonal skills.

It would be advantageous, if you had a background in financial services.
As our end client is within the financial services sector, you will also be subject to the relevant credit and background checks.

Your assignment will start on the 12th of March with a "Train the trainer" course, then you will spend 2-3 weeks on Core deliver to a group of between 15-20 agents. Lastly you support the new recruits on an operational level.
You will be working in cohesion with our client's in-house training department and SME's.
