Assistant Restaurant Manager

Our client is currently looking for a passionate and committed Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager to support Management and ensure the smooth running of all things Food and Beverage. What we are looking for…

- An experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager (At least 2 years) to help deliver exceptional customer service for guests dining in the Restaurant and both bars
-Working closely with F&B Management, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating your team
-Assisting in the Co-ordination of rotas, stock control, maintaining three AA standards and complying with Health & Safety requirements
-Ensuring your team provides a professional and efficient service, with the aim of always exceeding customer expectations
-Management experience (At least two years) in a three or four star hotel. If you have had experience and a focus on fine dining, particularly Michelin starred or three AA Rosette, would be very welcome indeed!
-The successful candidate will be well-presented and possess first class communication skills

The role is full time, with a rota operating on 5 out of 7 days PW. Transport is an advantage to reach the picturesque village. Staff accommodation provided if necessary. The hotel is situated with excellent rail links to Bournemouth, Southampton and London.
