An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation. Our client, a blue chip FMCG company, is currently seeking a Team Assistant based in Blackfriars, London. This is a full-time, temporary role for a period of 6 months, Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week, to start ASAP. The role is paying between £28,000 and £30,875 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will provide support on daily administrative arrangements and specific projects to the Global Brand Protection Director. They will also work closely with the Global Brand Protection Team in assisting with the continued administration work generated by these projects (IT Business Partner, Legal team, Brand Protection Cluster leads, country team members & Comm's Business Partner).

The Global Brand Protection Admin Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the team inclusive of:
* Organisation and administration of meetings & visitors, coordinating attendees, timings, equipment and rooms
* Specialist database entry and support; report generation including cross-referencing with existing databases such as the trademarks database
* Key response to law enforcement / law firms on queries relating to suspect products
* Travel planning and booking (visas, etc.)
* Invoice generation, monitoring and active management
* Process expenses and track spend against budget
* Organise multi-country events and live meetings (e.g. team meeting in Dubai due in Oct 2018)
* Develop the Brand Protection resource sites (Intranet)
* Create and manage content on SharePoint sites; arrange external access
* Create presentations and organisational charts for Brand Protection

Experience / Competencies / Capabilities:
* Proven track record with administration, including multiple IT systems use (particularly invoicing systems)
* Good with numbers/budgets/invoicing
* Excellent capability on Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
* Successful in a matrix managed environment
* Ability to maintain and develop positive working relationships with a geographically dispersed team
* Good conceptual and critical thinking skills
* Attention to detail and disciplined with priorities/juggling various tasks
* Interest in brands and/or knowledge of anti-counterfeiting
