An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading FMCG global organization in Leatherhead, Surrey. Our client is recruiting an Assistant Brand Manager. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months, working a 36.25 hour week. The salary for this role is paying up to £37,000 per annum depending on experience.

Main Job Purpose:
The Baking, Cooking and Spreading Company is a newly independent company with a strong mission at it's heart - to harness the power of plants and seeds so you can enjoy healthy, great tasting food that's good for you and for the planet. We are looking for someone to support the Stork & I Can't Believe It's So Good (ICBINB) Brand Manager as we build a strong platform to deliver growth.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop an in-depth understanding of Stork & ICBINB including the consumers, competitors and retailers environments within the UK to identify the JTBD and key growth initiatives.
*Continuously understand ongoing business performance using key diagnostics of share and growth trends, key initiatives, competitive activity and return on marketing investment.
*Responsible for management and analysis of the Stork & New Brand Promotional plans across all channels
*Responsible for delivery of penetration KPIs and TO growth including analysis and tracking of all penetration driving activities and optimising the plan accordingly for improvement.
*Support on the launch of a new brand for BCS due to launch Q2 2018, leading on execution of the launch plan.
*Lead 2018 innovation projects and ensure perfect execution in UK and Ireland
*Ownership of budget monitoring and payment processes
*Ownership of the Ireland brand plans and performance
*Ownership of shopper marketing activities
*Ownership of ecommerce, digital and PR activities
*Team lead and ownership and tracking of Net Revenue Management activities across BCS
*Spread the word, leading the growth of our digital platforms across all brands with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive digital as a key platform in 2018


Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications:

Strong management experience in Brand Building within the Food's Category
*Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills to present clearly, simplify complex topics and influence decision making; communication skills both written and verbal
*Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
*A team player accountable, open minded who likes to work in a rapid and agile way with various competencies and departments.
*Digital: Digital experience would be very useful in this role, or a keen interest in developing digital marketing skills.
*2 years' experience in a similar role
