Manpower are currently recruiting a German Speaking EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner for our client based in Canary Wharf, London.
As an EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner, you will use your business acumen to provide consultative recommendations and influence to your client teams. You will partner with HR and Hiring Leaders to understand staffing models and long term objectives/goals. You will also leverage your negotiation and relationship skills to effectively close candidates.
Key Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
*Provide hands-on, full-cycle/end-to-end recruitment
*Partner with Senior Stakeholders and Hiring Leaders to determine and anticipate staffing needs and changes
*Fully responsible for pro-actively directly sourcing and delivering top talent in the market to your Hiring Leaders
*Create innovative and robust recruitment strategies
*Review and screen all internal and external resumes and applications
*Meet established metrics for sourcing, offers and hires
*Lead Talent Acquisition related projects
Experience required:
*Significant experience in corporate and/or search firm direct recruiting experience, including proactive sourcing and full life cycle/end-to-end recruiting
*Must have experience building effective Hiring Leader relationships
*Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and managing candidates (ideally Workday)
*Strong knowledge of MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
*Proven experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
*Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others
*Fluency in written and spoken English and German
*Ideally possess previous in house recruitment experience, preferably gained within a travel services team
*Understanding of the complexities of recruiting
*Understands the importance of data integrity, timely and accurate reporting and uses this information to run efficient processes
*Demonstrates innovation in approach to problem solving and delivering service
*Collaborative team player driving inclusion and seeks continuous improvement from self
*Strong networker with excellent market knowledge
*Adapts well to an ever-changing landscape, demonstrates resilience, flexibility and energy
*Commercially minded with a focus on the business aims
*Bachelor's degree from an accredited university desirable
Preferred Qualifications
*Fluency in English, German and another European language(s)
