Your role

You’ll take responsibility for achieving the sales and revenue goals for new and used MINIs - acting as a role model to the team, a passionate advocate of the brand and a senior representative of the retailer. 

Your leadership will ensure customers enjoy positive, memorable experiences every time they visit your site or interact with you or your sales team. You’ll ensure arrangements of any and all finance, insurance, warranty and accessory products are relevant to the customer’s need. You’ll also oversee sales processes, activities and target setting, as well as initiating marketing activities and taking care of operational management.

Your profile

Reporting into the MINI Brand Manager, you’ll have experience in retail sales management within the automotive industry and a good understanding of finance and insurance packages.

As a highly effective motivator, you’ll already have leadership and performance management experience and a proven track record of developing others. A good general level of education and driving licence is a must.
