Call Centre Agent

Job Title: Call Centre Agent
Location: Cardiff
Pay: £17,000 - £19,000

We are looking for Multilingual Call Centre agents to join a fun, fast paced and rewarding environment. You will be making outbound calls to existing and new customers selling their fantastic packages and will also be dealing with incoming calls, ensuring you provide excellent service at all times.

You will be working to meet daily and weekly targets set out by your team leader and you will be responsible for ensuring your product knowledge is up to scratch, enabling you to sell confidently. You will be determined and self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team.

We are looking for charismatic individuals who enjoy speaking with people, able to start conversations and are mindful to asking open questions.

Ideally you will have experience in working in a target driven environment, sales experience and telephony experience within a call centre.

You will need to be fluent in either, German, Italian, French, Dutch or Spanish as well as English.

Hours of work are between 8am - 8pm Monday to Sunday.

You will be required to complete a basic Numeracy and Literacy test for this position.
