Warehouse Operative - Temp to Perm
Must hold a FLT Counterbalance License

Our client AkzoNobel are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their team based in Leyland. They are a leading manufacturer of technical mortars and high-performance coatings, specialising in concrete repair and protection products.
As a Warehouse Operative you will be loading and unloading a variety of materials from containers into the warehouse, the items will vary in size so the role can be labour intensive. You will be required to follow processes/order sheets in order to mix materials to produce the end product, along with picking and packing products to load/unload goods, batching and coding and wrapping of the product at the end of the process. Full training will be provided.
You will hold a FLT Counterbalance license and be used to following processes and working to deadlines. A flexible approach to working hours is needed, working Monday to Friday 8 hours per day with some rotational shifts when required. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, have good numeracy, accuracy and organisation skills.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a successful team and company, for the successful candidate after a trial period the role could become permanent offering a salary of £18,000 to £20,000pa + benefits.
