What you'll do:

You will receive the title of Customer Delivery Specialist, were you will manage the initial stages of our solution lifecycle, working closely with our sales managers to pursue and assess new business opportunities and subsequently managing customer relationships to ensure that their accounts are set up correctly and that they receive the high level of service that they and we expect. You will initially be on a 11-month contract with the view of going permanent.

- Distribute marketing and other information in support of new business opportunities.
- Manage the customer experience to ensure expectations are met on both sides, working directly with customers on new transactions.
- Generate and collect documents in support of new customer account generation.
- Enter customer and transaction information required for lease administration activities (contract generation, booking, funding) in systems.
- Arrange to receive and proactively manage/reconcile supplier invoices.
- Prepare booking and funding packages, track deal funding to completion of payment.
- Coordinate, follow-up and reconcile activities necessary for deal processing.
- Conduct initial and final compliance review pursuant to Schedule of Authorization.
- Support testing of new systems releases as requested.

You will be successful in the role if you like to be highly organized, love to support people and if you have a good business sense. It would be an advantage if you have Good numerical skills coupled with a basic experience of pricing and financial calculations
