Admin CSP

Managing and dealing with customer enquiries over the telephone.
Completing customer enquiry messages and re-deliveries through in house messaging system
Data inputting.
Any other required needs regarding Customer Service requirements.
Key competencies:
Good communication skills both oral and written
Ability to deal with customer issues in a professional manner
Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
Good IT Skills
You will need good interpersonal skills to be able to work with all members of the admin team as well as reporting up the management chain. Must be a strong team player with commitment and flexibility to operational requirements
Full training, support and mentoring will be provided in house
Pay rate will be £8.20 rising to £11.11 after 12 weeks continuous working.
Working hours are 12:00 noon to 20:00 Monday to Friday. You must be fully flexible Saturday working may be required.
