Due to continued growth we have a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator or Case Handler to join the Private Client Conveyancing Team of a leading UK law firm in Fareham.
This incredibly varied role will see you supporting a team of professionals to ensure an efficient and stress free service to their clients. You'll be supporting a Case Handler in administering transactions, preparing files, completing searches, ensuring that referral reports and case progressions are up to date and producing progress reports for clients and estate agents.
A legal qualification such as LLB, CILEX or CLC would be beneficial; however a keen interest in conveyancing and property law is more important. You'll need strong customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office Suite, the ability to remain organised and work under pressure and a keen desire to learn.
In return, you'll have access to an outstanding benefits package which included a company pension scheme, generous life assurance, 23 days holiday plus the option to buy more, interest-free season ticket loans and much more. To cap it all off you'll be working in a modern, open plan environment for a company that really do care about their staff.
