We are currently recruiting for a number of roles based in Wigan Town Centre due to the continual expansion of their successful business.
You will take part in the company's extensive training program. We are looking for people who can demonstrate their ability to communicate with customers in a warm and friendly manner, along with some basic PC skills.
You will be speaking to existing customers whose current electric/gas meters are being replaced with the new Smart Meters being rolled out across the UK. You will be booking an appointment, convenient for the customer, for an engineer to go out and fit their new Smart Meter.
In return for your commitment and hard work, our client will offer you an ongoing assignment, regular training, the opportunity to complete NVQs and the potential to become part of their Team Leader academy - this allows you to learn all of the different aspects and duties of a Team Leader enabling you to move in to a Team Leader role when one becomes available.
Hours worked are from Monday to Friday from 12 midday to 8pm (Saturday working may feature)
