This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Marketing Manager within a multi brand environment. Manpower are working with one of the UK's fastest growing fine food importers, whose brands from around the world sit in the major multiple's, department stores and independent retailer

To support growth our client are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing manager from FMCG/ retail.

Within this role you will form part of the senior leadership team within Marketing, you will have full autonomy and responsibility for developing, communicating and implementing an effective strategy for your brands and you will experience rapid category growth as the company introduces further distribution of world brands, in the UK

You will manage the whole marketing mix to support effective growth, this will include developing and implementing the marketing plans and brand strategy.
You will have exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate a track record of successful brand and market innovation.
You will need to be experienced in marketing across all functions, to ensure maximum chance of in-market success within major multiple, high street and independent retailers.

The role would suit someone who works within an FMCG/ brand environment and can exhibit the following;

Educated to degree level (or equivalent) with a background in an FMCG Food environment
Experience of dealing with multiple brands is essential in this role.
Experience in NPD, concept development, consumer insight and market analysis
Strong business acumen and drive to capture a business opportunities
Strong presenter
Articulate with excellent commercial acumen
