Manpower is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis, within a successful and growing company, based initially in Buntingford but with the view to move to Biggleswade in 2019.
You will be working within a friendly team environment where there is an opportunity to develop as the business grows. Our client is looking for committed individuals as the view is for you to become permanent with the company after successfully completing 12 weeks.
Your role will involve:
*Picking orders.
*Packing.
*Replenishing.
*Lifting and shifting.
*Sweeping and tidying.
*Cleaning duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a factory/manufacturing environment and be able to start work immediately.
You must be a team player with the ability to work off of own initiative and be able to follow instructions. It is essential that you have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Hours of work will rotate between 8:30am to 5:30pm and 11:30am to 9pm with one hour for lunch.
My client would ideally like to attract candidates that are flexible to move when the business transitions to Biggleswade, however, they are also interested in candidates that are available to work within Buntingford until the end of the year.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable and keen to establish a career within a busy warehouse environment.
