Job Title: German Speaking Service Analyst
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Salary £12 per hour
German Speaking Service Analyst for our client who is a global leader in consulting, technology and outsourcing services based in Glasgow city centre.
Job Description:
*Providing 1st line technical support for the Service Desk
*Answering calls to the service desk effectively and within the agreed SLA
*Assigning calls to relevant support teams
*Actioning back office requests as and when required
*Monitoring and actioning Web Logged calls
*Monitoring Team Notifier and updating calls
*Completing User Admin and Account set-ups as required
*Advising clients and support teams of known problems and workarounds
*Ensuring users are updated with the progress of their call/change
Skills Required
*Good PC skills - including a knowledge of MS Office and general PC knowledge
*Fluent in written and spoken German
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Excellent Customer Care Skills
*Good IT knowledge
*Good Analytical Skills
*Ability to work under pressure
*Ability to retain knowledge effectively
*Ability to multi task and take on additional roles as and when required
*Understanding of the need to work within the constraints of the Desk SLA
Personal Attributes
*Team player with the ability to build relationships with both colleagues and external clients
*Analytical and methodical approach to working with keen eye for detail
*Flexibility within role and flexible approach to assigned work
*Confident with a "can do" attitude
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00
