Our client is looking to grow their Customer Relations department, based in Sunderland. This growth means Manpower are looking to recruit a number of passionate Customer Relations Administrators, on a 12 month fixed term contract to start in April 2018.
You will be responsible for coordinating complaints through the full lifecycle, from start to finish, ensuring that they are logged accurately & categorised appropriately.
Successful candidates must have previous experience of logging customer cases and complaints fairly and efficiently.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for you to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and we are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service.
* Strong administration skills, including data input
* PC Literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel
* Excellent organisational skills
Qualifications:
*GCSE English - C Grade or above (or equivalent)
*GCSE Maths - C Grade or above (or equivalent)
Skills/knowledge:
*Excellent data input skills
*Excellent Written and Telephone communication skills
*Excellent Customer Service skills
*Ability to manage conflict with customers
*Good knowledge of Windows and Excel
*Good Organisational skills
*Good Service Delivery skills
*Basic Service Management skills
