Customer Sales Advisor - Contact Centre

Newcastle, next to St. James' Park

Permanent, Full-time

£17,000 per annum basic salary, rising to £18,000 after probation with £22,000 OTE plus fantastic benefits including free Sky Q, phone & broadband and lots of other great Sky perks

As a Customer Sales Advisor in our Newcastle Contact Centre, you'll connect our customers with a world of entertainment. You'll take calls from customers and do everything you can to ensure they remain a valued Sky customer - whether they'd like to change their package or if they're thinking about leaving us entirely. All in all, we want to help you to provide premium entertainment products to the right customers, in the right way.

Who we're looking for…

You don't need to be an experienced sales professional, but you'll definitely need to bring great customer service skills, ambition, plus a real passion to sell. Most importantly, you'll show a real commitment to doing the very best for our customers.

We'll be there every step of the way

We want you to do well. Your first three weeks will be spent on our comprehensive induction training - showing you the ropes. From here you will graduate to our "Academy" where you can apply what you've learnt in practice with the support of a "buddy" whilst speaking to customers. You will enjoy on-going training plus opportunities to develop your management skills and even official accreditation by the Institute of Customer Service.
