We have a fantastic opportunity to join one of the Hospitals in Oxford for a 12 month contract covering maternity.

You will be based on the busy Helpdesk which takes 11,000 calls per month and sees heavy footflow through the Main Entrance. Your main duties will include providing support to patients face to face, over the phone and via email; answering any questions they may have about appointments.

You will also have the opportunity to get involved with monitoring facilities at the hospital - booking in engineers, maintaining the facilities log and managing cleaning staff.
